Low Sodium Na2o <0.1% Tabular Alumina

Low Sodium Na2o <0.1% Tabular Alumina

Tabular Alumina is produced by sintering ball-formed calcined alumina at a temperature just under the 2040°C fusion point of aluminum oxide. These Tabular Alumina balls are then crushed, graded or screened.

説明

Description

Low sodium 01 surface activated alumina is an advanced abrasive material, mainly used in high performance ceramics, advanced refractory materials and other high temperature industrial fields. It is made of high purity γ-alumina powder with a certain amount of additives, after a specific granulation, drying, high temperature calcination and other processes. The material has the advantages of low sodium, high purity, high hardness, high wear resistance, high thermal stability, can withstand high temperature and high pressure environment, widely used in petrochemical, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, electronic manufacturing and many other industrial fields. The main applications of low sodium 01 surface activated alumina include RF ceramics, steel manufacturing, firebrick, glass fiber, chemical catalysts, etc.

Application

Tabular Alumina is the aggregate of choice in unshaped and shaped high performance refractories.

It is used in a variety of industries such as steel, foundry, cement, petrochemical, ceramic and waste incineration.

Other common applications include its use in electrical insulators, kiln furniture and as a catalyst support.

Ground Tabular is an excellent product to be used as a filler in epoxy or resin systems

where high dielectric strength, thermal conductivity or abrasion resistance is desired.
